Willowbrook Lavender is a boutique lavender business first established 20 years ago. A field of lavender was planted in 2000 in a peaceful secluded valley south of Auckland city.

 

The lavender flourished in this location and so every year after more lavender was planted. A most beautiful landscape was created with the surrounding hills and olive trees as a backdrop.

 

Garden clubs from around New Zealand came to see the lavender as well as the wonderful five acre country gardens and lily ponds.

 

As the business grew, a range of beauty products was developed incorporating the lavender. Products included a range of soaps, hand and body creams and other products.   

 

In 2013 the original farm was sold and Willowbrook Lavender relocated to another country property in Ramarama.   French lavender was again planted in a stunning location with century old oak and cedar trees for company. Another vision of paradise with the garden open to the public by appointment only between November and February, with early January the best time to see the lavender in full bloom.
