Mary Tarbitt founded Willowbrook Lavender in the autumn of 2000 with the help of her husband Michael and their daughter Ruth. The lavender was planted in a secluded valley surrounded by hills.

 

In more recent times Willowbrook Lavender relocated to a rural property in Ramarama.

 

Mary sells her lavender and lavender beauty products at the local Clevedon Farmers Market every Sunday.   She has been involved with the Clevedon Farmers Market since its inception 10 years ago.

 

Willowbrook Lavender has become a true family business with everyone involved especially at harvest time in early January.

 

A lavender studio/workshop has been built on the homestead where all of the lavender products are on display and for sale.
